Our story

Born in a Newcastle kitchen. Built on one rule.

PiaCookie started as a weekend obsession — testing batch after batch until the texture landed in exactly the right place. Crisp edges. Soft middle. A centre that pulls apart when warm.

We use British butter, Belgian chocolate, and ingredients we'd happily eat by the spoonful on their own. Every cookie is hand-portioned and baked the day it ships — nothing sits in a shelf or a freezer.

  • Every cookie is baked the same day it ships. Dough is rested overnight then portioned and baked the morning of dispatch — they never sit in a warehouse or a freezer.

Treat someone — including yourself.

Build a mixed box of six or twelve. Add a handwritten note. We bake, box, and ship the same week.
